Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic AI Development: Define the roadmap for our proprietary AI systems, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Algorithm Optimization: Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and think critically about architectural trade-offs.
